Return Policy
XEXYMIX gladly accepts returns of unworn, unwashed items with original tags intact, in sellable condition, within 7 days of receiving your order.
1. For tops with enclosed bra pads, the bra pads must be returned together with the item.
2. Please note that we do not provide return labels for international shipments.
3. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, including any additional fees such as import duties, taxes, and customs clearance. These costs will be deducted from your refund amount.
4. XEXYMIX is not responsible for any lost or stolen items during return shipping.
If the final order value, after deductions, falls below 399 HKD, the original free shipping fee of 120 HKD will be deducted from your refund.
If you paid for shipping upfront (not free shipping), no additional shipping deductions will be applied.
🚫 Non-Returnable Items
1. Items that have been washed, damaged, perfume-sprayed, or missing tags
2. Panties and beauty items (for hygiene reasons)
3. Event/promotion items (non-returnable and non-refundable)
How To Process Returns
1. Contact us by email (xexyhk@xexymix.com) stating the subject as below with the items you want to get a refund for.

2. After receiving a confirmation email from one of our assistants, please send the package to our location as directed.
3. After receiving your returned package, we will thoroughly check the items according to our return policy.
4. Only after we have processed and confirmed your returns, we proceed with a refund. We will let you know via email.
Exchange Policy
Currently, we do not have an exchange policy after you get the package, only returns are accepted due to international shipping reasons.
-It’s only possible to change the order on the same day of the order placement before international shipping.
-XEXYMIX willgladly accept unworn, unwashed products with original tags for return within 7 days from the date on which you received the package
- We don’t accept the Exchange / Return for Inner wears and cosmetic due to hygienic reasons.
-Please make sure to send back all the
components including packaging in the original condition as it was received in
the first place.
-We currently do not generate return labels for international shipments, customers will be responsible for return
shipments & cost.
